On December 15, 1992, Pedro Álvarez, a 20-year-old from La Verneda, is murdered in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat in a traffic dispute at the hands of a National policeman. Throughout these 27 years, he has benefited from a judicial system tailored to his impunity, state security forces that are corporatists, and political representatives incapable of facing any charges of police abuse.
